As March reaches its end we are delighted today to welcome Nicola Pearcey, CEO of Facilities by ADF.
Nicola is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of Facilities by ADF, Location One and Autotrak. She works closely with the executive and senior management teams to ensure the business operates efficiently, delivers consistently high levels of service, and continues to grow across all areas of the Group. A key part of her role is setting strategic priorities, supporting operational teams, and building strong relationships with customers, partners and industry associations.
As our Screen Manchester International Women’s Month reaches its conclusion she shares her thoughts on women in the Film and TV Industry and a woman who has made a profound impression on her own career.
Nicola also considers changes that might benefit women, including more sponsorship rather than mentorship and improved infrastructure for supporting women in the workplace. Nicola also mentions the importance of exploring new routes to bring new practices to the fore and cites Screen Alliance North’s Sustainability Manager initiative as one example of a move towards a bright future.
