Wainwright Film & TV Services

At Screen Manchester we are frequently amazed at the incredible creative and scenic transformations that occur, often in the most unexpected places. As a team we are often briefed to locate sites across the city to enable producers to work centrally whilst creating incredible vistas that scripts require. We never cease to marvel at the metamorphoses brought into play to transform empty spaces into all manner of luxuriant and sometimes desolate landscapes.

Often this is down to the work of Alex, Richard and the team at Wainwright Film & TV Services who are December’s Facility of the Month

This talented duo, spent some 20 years working together in agriculture and forestry, before bringing their expertise to the Film and tv industry. Working with art departments and location managers Wainwrights creates set specific landscapes using unique props, plants, trees, foliage and ground cover.
