Security on set and location is always key to the success of any production and so we begin our series focusing on the team at Capricorn Security.

Capricorn’s speciality is looking after Production Unit Bases, Filming Locations and TV Studios, both temporary and permanent, which are often a target for over inquisitive members of the public. The team can be on site to ensure unobstructed access to Unit Bases and Locations, and security operatives liaise with the unit and location managers to ensure all set and production vehicles are correctly parked. They are involved at each and every level ensuring a safe working environment for all involved.

Capricorn’s commitment has extended to having solar panels installed across their office complex in 2022 and more recently the acquisition of a fleet of electric hybrid vehicles, all of which significantly reduces the company’s carbon footprint and emphasises its determination to create a more sustainable work space for all in the future.
